We are Community Architects.

Our goal is to understand the needs of communities and provide solutions to the people they serve. We breathe new life into properties which create safer neighborhoods while maintaining affording living spaces. We do this by working with small business partners to do strategic fix-and-flip, long-term renting and other community-based projects. But buildings are just the beginning. We seek partners who share our vision of small businesses making a big positive difference for the residents.

Current Projects

Senior Living Space (Riverside Metro): We are working with another small business to breathe life into living space designed just for seniors.

Partners Wanted: Food Security: (Memphis Metro) Help us ensure our clients have access to healthy and affordable food.

Properties Wanted: Residential Properties for Assisted Living: (Riverside and San Bernardino Metro) Help us create safe spaces for residents to stay in the neighborhoods they love and close to their families. We purchase cash or offer long-term leasing tailored for your needs.
